The S71 professional bassoon provides the player with maximum comfort and ergonomics. Hand-crafted, silver-plated keywork offers an extended high E key and rollers for the right-hand thumb key cluster (Bb, low E and F#) for better efficiency and control. Like all Schreiber bassoons, the S71 has a 10 year old Alpine maple body and a Luracast bore lining in the wing and boot joints. Three silver-plated, hand-hammered bocals (KER1 and 2, KDR1) complete the outfit.
